Got the win at Escape the Cape!
Got the overall win at #EscapeTheCape by @delmosports over the weekend 🏆! As always, an awesome event hosted by some awesome people, from the RD down to the volunteers. Every triathlete should aim to jump from the @CMLferry at some point. Hopefully during a race.
Birthday @ the Track!
Starting off the birthday right! 39x400M at the track, closing lap 39 with the fastest split @ 1:12. So 39 is clearly the fastest number.. Just life real life, right?

It's been an interesting journey, kicked off by trying (and failing) to impress @nsalenetri over a decade ago at a local sprint tri. 2023 might be my best shot yet, qualifying to race in the pro field against the best athletes in the world!
