Medal Monday! That was a big month. From Ironman California to the One Dollar Ultra to the New York City Marathon. Big back to break to back weekends.
Lots of highs and lows, and lots of great memories to look back on. Gutting out a tough day in California to earn a Kona Slot. Running an ultra at the $1DU on Friday night and coming back Sunday to watch Matt and Vinny run towards 200 miles in the same race. With the NYC Marathon finale and all the support I got from the city for my "Beer Me" shirt 🍻 (maybe too much lol)
Thankfully November just has some 5ks and brunch runs on deck. Unless you've got any ideas...?
